The fact that your site is filled with resale right material or private label rights materials should never be a reason to inform all and sundry that the content you have is from rights materials or to pass along those rights. This is especially so if your business does not involve internet marketing or it you have a membership site that is not for resale rights. You even have less reason to real that you are using resale rights material when the eBook involved has naming right or you rewrote and mixed it yourself.
There is away in which a membership site can be made and not deal with internet marketing. The other ways of making money without having to engage inn internet marketing exist and they involve conducting simple Google searches. In most niches all over the world and including on the internet, people are not aware of the existence of resale right and they wouldn’t care whether you offered resale rights or not. Let us take for example that your membership site is golfing niche, how to become a better golfer. Very few golfers will care whether resale rights are included in the guides you give them or not. You should not always pass along the rights for the reason that you are supposed to
This brings us to a very important point. Even if your membership site has internet marketing as one of content, and the people who subscribed know all about resale rights, their reasons for joining may be quite different from acquiring resale rights. However in a resale rights club, people join because they get resale rights at regular intervals say once per week. Since your site is not a resale rights membership site, there won’t always be need for you to give those resale rights since this will give you more people and the crowd’s ignorance of their right to resale right will mean that you will always hold some appeal over them
Incase your site is heavy involved in passing resale rights along or selling them, then there is no problem with giving them out. on the other hand if your membership site is full of tutorials , it would be unwise to inform people of their right to resale rights since that would be literally shooting yourself in the foot.
Incase the product you are selling was redone and it is uniquely yours, you do not have to inform people that it is not your original work and that you made it from resale right material. You modified it yourself and you had the right to since you bought the resale rights but at this time the article or video is now yours and you have no obligation to tell anyone of how you created it.
The above three situations do not warrant you to pass along resale right or inform people of there existence in the product. These situations are; when the membership site is not an internet marketing site, when it isn’t a club for selling PLRs and when you have utilized the renaming rights due to the product and made the product yours.
